Cancellations, payments, and order placement:
This website displays all prices in US dollars. Our team starts working on your order as soon as an authenticated payment channel has been used to pay for the order.
Fill out the product and service forms in a soft copy or hard copy. It specifies what the customer wants us to do. The printing task cannot be changed after it has been sent to the press. If you cancel an order after proof approval, 20% will be deducted from the total payment for the order within 4 hours. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total payment. After we start working on your order, we will make deductions to cover any wasted resources. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
We cannot cancel your reservation if you are delayed for reasons beyond our control. It also applies to shipping processes that are beyond the company’s control.
Return and Refund Policy:
Any faults in the products must be reported within two working days of receiving them. Any faulty printing will be reprinted, but the money will not be refunded. Management checks products extensively to ensure they are satisfactory. For us to reprint the order, the customer must send us a photo of the defect within 7 days.
To qualify for reprinting, at least 99% of the product must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. Non-refundable additional charges apply to urgent orders.
Proofs and Color Accuracy:
An order placement form outlines the products and services that the customer would like us to provide. Upon receiving the form, the customer must approve the final artwork and job specification sheet. The customer is responsible for reading through all details mentioned in the specification sheet, because once the customer approves, the job is sent to the press. The site mentions the turnaround time after submitting the final form. Any requirements that are not mentioned in the specification sheet will not be met by Apple Custom Boxes.
It is not guaranteed that color accuracy and density will be achieved with a screen proof; it only predicts layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement. Apple Custom Boxes attempts to match gradient density during duo-tone. Customers with duo-toning are able to order matched proofs. The lamination of a product may influence the color of the product or influence the product life span. Laminated products do not have an obligation about the color appearance.
Due to limitations of the printing process and ink type used, we cannot guarantee that the final product color will be an exact match. Apple Custom Boxes cannot be held responsible for color inaccuracy in the final product once an order has been placed. We do not reprint such color alterations caused by system limitations. If the customer requests a hard proof before printing, the color is guaranteed. Apple Custom Boxes charges extra for hard proofs.
Customer Content:
CMYK format and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI are required for all artwork and design images; otherwise, Apple Custom Boxes won’t be liable for any printing errors, such as blurry printing or printing different from what was requested.
The customer is responsible for any images, graphics, text, or materials incorporated into the product.
A product that contravenes third parties or one that is illegal can be rejected. When an order is placed, the customer is under full responsibility of all the products and materials that are manufactured based on the instructions provided by the customer. No offensive, abusive, or indecent material will be printed.
Apple Custom Boxes Group has the right to retain Content, and it may also share Content in the event that it is necessary to (a) comply with law, (b) enforce terms of service, (c) address claims that the Content infringes the rights of third parties, (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Apple Custom Boxes, (e) is otherwise inconsistent with our other customers.

Indemnity
You owe Apple Custom Boxes and all other parties provided with, at reasonable legal fees and costs, the indemnification, and defense in the event of, or arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) the occurrence of a suit, claim or demand occasioned by or related to (a) a text, photograph, image, graphic or other material that you added to products that was not on the normal site content.
Printing
Any printing technique is acceptable to Apple Custom Boxes.
Materials
Let us know if you need food-grade paper or cards printed. Food-grade material is not used by default.
Underruns and overruns:
In most cases, Apple Custom Boxes delivers the exact amount of products, but there is a chance of 5% underruns or overruns, so if the customer needs a specific quantity of products, it is recommended to order 10% more.
Customers who require exact quantities are advised to order 10% over, as there is a chance of a 5% underrun and overrun.
Speed of production, shipping, and delivery:
Following the order placement, Apple Custom Boxes will notify customers of the production time. The customer must inform us in advance if the order is urgent. The intensity and quantity of urgent printing usually incur additional charges.
Apple Custom Boxes is responsible for the delivery of the product. According to the final agreement, the customer only needs to pay for the product.
Every order is produced and shipped on time by Apple Custom Boxes. Apple Custom Boxes will not be liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by technical difficulties, weather conditions, shipping company delays, customs issues, or other factors beyond its control. According to our supplier’s estimates and order history, shipping time is calculated. During the delay of an urgent order, the expedite fee will not apply.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties and shipping fees related to orders outside the United States. Any such issues must be resolved by the customer.
